UK Deliveries - Your order is usually shipped within 5 days of payment being received (Monday to Friday), with the exception of toy boxes. Shipping can be expedited if the order is urgent. Please indicate when paying if your order is urgent. Deliveries are sent via first class post and normally take between 1-2 days but please allow to 15 days for your order to arrive and 28 days for toy boxes.

UK Delivery Charges - Postage and packaging is charged as following:

Orders totalling £1 - £50, postage and packaging 10% of total

Orders totalling £50 and above, postage and packaging is free

International Delivery Charges - Postage and packaging is charged as following:

Orders totalling £1 - £50, postage and packaging 20% of total

Orders totalling £50 and above, postage and packaging 15% of total
